Is it a problem that I think these tights are sort of amazing/necessary in my life/etc etc? I think this is also similar to my growing strange obsessive-compulsive eBay hunt for Gaultier sheer mesh/”tattoo” shirts and dresses from the 90s (this is crippled by my insistence that it must be JPG and must be ‘affordable’), which also offend me both a.) visually and b.) more often than not conceptually as well (oo0o it’s so like multicultural with these Asian tattoos that’s so edgy)? I had some knockoff one that I think I got mail-order from Alloy or whatever in like the eighth grade and I’m still butthurt that I ever realised how repulsive it was and thought that it being repulsive was a bad thing. What was I thinking?!?
